Time for another Weekly Recipe Recap! This week I actually created a meal plan for the week. Wouldn’t you know, it actually made life infinitely easier? This is what was on the menu for this week:
Big Ass Salad. This is the dressing we use: Tessamae
Bacon Spinach Dip with carrots for dipping
Turkey pesto meatballs with zoodles. For the meatballs I mixed 1 lb of ground turkey with 2 tablespoons of pesto, 1 egg, and a handful of shredded mozzarella. Mixed everything and rolled into meatballs. Baked at 375 for about 20 minutes.

I attempted to make these chia seed crackers but I rolled them out too thin and they burned. Will try again tomorrow
Steak from Butcher Box with Primal Kitchen chipotle mayo and veggies cooked in butter. All the yums!! This mayo is legit. No funky oils, healthy ingredients.
